New Manager is ?

I will give him a chance, he didn't lose many, granted he drew a lot of games but suggests Lincoln became hard to beat, they also had a very good home record so if he can improve us on both scores we have a chance.

I don't think Clarke was particularly nice within the game of football, I got the impression he could be difficult if things weren't going the right way. This isn't a bad thing as Crosby came across as too nice.

I guess people do just want to moan about everything

" We need a replacement fast"
"Okay we've got one"
"Not him!"

If true I just feel we need experience & not another coach

Correct, if true.

I also would have liked to have seen us bring someone in with not only experience but a bit of success in and around League 1/2. The one ex player I would have wanted is Ainsworth because he has a promotion under his belt but he isn't available/interested clearly. The other appointments in the past of Foyle/Aspin etc always felt desperate but Ainsworth's experience is vast at this level. Ah well.

I guess the other issue that has forced their hand is the availability of other coaches. They haven't got the time to wait even a day which means the pool is smaller.

I'd take Dr Karl Kennedy if he could keep us up.

I ain’t got a clue if he is good or not mate

What do u know that he is so bad?

On records we'd have been significantly better off staying with Crosby.

Pointless strawman to attack fans a little annoyed about only winning 3 games in 5 months. What are you hoping to achieve?

Carol says she will “learn from her mistakes” so surely that means more than one candidate interviewed, experience over inexperience and a style of football different to that which has achieved the much-documented lack of points during the past calendar year?

What are peoples thoughts regarding the new gaffer? Do we get one in asap & try to pick this team up along with some points or take a bit of time to make sure we get the right man in? It’s a difficult one as we don’t have time to hang around based on our league position & run of form but we need a reaction fast. For me I’d like someone in before the weekend but I can see why we also don’t want to rush the appointment. What a predicament! Thoughts?

I'd like a new manager in situ on sat but if that means Kennedy in the hot seat

Fu##  that

may as well try and get Pete wild

Get this appointment wrong and the

majority of fans will go ape sh#t ,mate

Ainsworth, duff, Moore & bowyer my preferred 4 in that order. If it’s Kennedy I’ll get behind him I have to. What chance do we have if we don’t get behind the new gaffer whoever it is. Would like a bit more ambition but that comes at a price I get that & they have to want the job as well. His record is poor & doesn’t give much hope!
