Or are you a realist and know no matter how much you might cheerlead with your black and white pom poms from the side line, the players simply aren't good enough, and being absolutely rubbish at the top and bottom end of the pitch will always result in relegation.

Ask the players the same. They chose the first option in November.

You can shout all you want, but you'd get as much success digging up 11 corpses and cheering them on.

As much as I love Willo, he’s been absolutely woeful lately. Then you’ve got the likes of Grant, Massey & Ojo just strolling around the pitch with no care in the world. 

Just look at Cheltenham. You could argue, on paper, they have a worse squad than ours with not as many “better” individuals, but they make that up in hard work and desire. 

My point stands, Loft looks arsed and that is more than most of that squad currently. 

I said it after Saturday that yes he’s looks arsed but probably be better going do the 1500 metres.

Hes never anywhere near the football.

He can’t make it stick. He can’t beat a man. He never has a shot on goal. And all for over 3k a week.

We have two striker places in a matchday side at most. Why fill one with him? Because he runs? Good lord.

So 2 games later all hope is gone? Tell me how much time he has been able to spend on the training pitch and BEGIN to implement his ideas? To expect that all a new manager has to do is pitch up, pick the team and give a rousing team talk is pretty naive.

We're doomed. No man could turn this ship around with the resources that have been left. Relegation was assured on the 1st February. Has any other football club got so few strikers as us? The FIRST job, yes the VERY FIRST JOB of any owner of a sports club is to ensure you have the personnel to play the sport you're supposed to be playing. We can't say as a football club that we have that at the moment. 3 transfer windows without bolstering the squad with attackers is nothing less than pathetic.

When we get relegated to L2 we will be in year 4 of our 5 year plan and one league below the plan. Surely that’s the end of Flitcroft?

I still think 1 game changes everything and I’ve seen enough positives from tonight to think it could happen BUT we simply have to win back to back home games or we are done.
