What is the common denominator in Vales div 1 crash.  Colin leaving and leaving the mad house to run itself.  

May be he was the person that kept them in check and hence the inmates grouped together to get rid of him.

The DoF and Manager need to go as they have shown they are unable to run the club on behalf of the owners.

 

But Carol is blindsided by DoF rubbish she will not make the decision needed.

The fans for letting this happen.

If a vast majority did not turn up on Tuesday night, say 50%, and the ground is practically empty, THAT would show a lot more to Carol that we are not happy.

A damn sight more expressive than the few regular keyboard warriors on here.

What worries me now is if there is no money where is Carol going to get the money to sack them and pay compensation. I'm of the opinion that this is the reason why these people are still here. Certainly Flitcroft can go under redundancy if we went away from the DOF scenario but I would be surprised if she didn't just allow their contracts to run out.
Time will tell but it don't look good at the moment.

Rest assured, I will not be there Tuesday night! I’d rather sit through THREE episodes of EastEnders than watch Crosby’s Vale at the moment 🤬🤬🤬🤬

With carol the old batman quote comes to mind. You either die a hero or you live long enough to become a villian. Vale fans will forever be grateful but if you dont have the ability to take us any further please look for outside investment dont take us back to where you first found us.

Too many non footballing people behind the scenes . Colin knew the game inside out , but along with many more experienced staff was sacked for the sake of bringing in their own people . The baby was thrown out with the bath water.

The director of Football is the guy to blame. Not the owner of the company or even the coach. 
IF we had a director of Kits and we kept turning up for away games in the wrong strip he would sacked.  Flitcroft is the head of this 'football' club. !!  
 

The owner funds and employes him. Infact it looks like we havdn't got a penny right now.
