The owners need to fund the signing of quality players , if this happens we can judge the manager this time next year . For me , owners should stay in the background , you never hear anything from Kevin . All things should come from the CEO , because that is his job - to run the football club .

You can be a good Publican , but a bad Newsagent . Pro. football is a complete one -off , unlike any other business . You need capable staff who are experienced in football . All these staff at the vale were sacked and replaced by Synectics staff , who , to be polite , are not .

They were all over us from the start of the second half , everybody could see a goal coming , a change in formation was so obvious , but I dont think any of the coaching staff had a clue what to do , which , as you say , is very concerning .

Be lots of casual and part time staff in there , but even so , if you are losing money , perhaps reducing staff might be the better option .

If he has played his last game for the club , I shall remember his goals at Exeter and Swindon which got us to wembley , where he scored again of course . Exactly my point , its not on the facebook page either , it would only take five minutes to update both . Its getting to the point where if you arent on twitter you dont count . This is not good customer service , when the club are openly saying they need to improve communication .
