Based on Colin Garlick’s answer to a question about profit margins on shirts, I suspect the club are considering their options on suppliers when their contract with Errea expires.

He didn’t - he said that he didn’t want to discuss profit margins in public as at the end of a contract period there would be discussions with a range of suppliers in a very competitive market.

I'm sure Errea are a lot better than a lot of suppliers we could end up with. They're nowhere near as bad as Vandanel for example.

I'm not a fan of the material that is used whenever we get a shirt with a design printed on it. Last year's shirts were plain so they were able to use better quality material. The material that can take a print feels a bit waxy.

I used to love the Errea kits and the design's great but the quality has deteriorated, as mentioned loads have had issues this time with the sponsor falling off after one wash! I did my daughters for the first time yesterday on a 30c quick wash and low and behold its started peeling off on one corner of the sponsor logo, considering the price is up to £44 for an adult its poor from Errea and hope the club send the faulty ones that are returned back or it costs them.

Hopefully the away one has the sponsor printed on rather than a transfer and doesn't have the same issue as whatever they are doing with them this year it isnt working well.

It's bizarre that anyone thought they would actually be told what the profit margin is. Bonkers question!

I only wash mine when we lose so, maybe next May 🙂
