From what he's quoted as saying today, I think he's hopeful of getting at least 1 permanent who's currently under contract but has fallen out of favour. Came across as having specific targets

Has anybody got a link to the interview as i was also told that it seemed like he has got his 2 targets and be nice get a permanent one as it will mean we are paying a fee or taking on the contract,also with loans he did say at the end of last season that he only wanted loans that he thought he had a chance of signing after the loan ends

Cass from Newcastle. Can play rb or cb was on loan at hartlepool last season.

His contact runs out at the end of the season from what I've seen so a definite possibility currently. Could be another Jake Taylor situation (in his loan with us) though if he does well

Because you don't have the gumption to realize that a/some player(s) released by Vale may have other things on their agenda as opposed to just finding a league club eg Joyce, as others have pointed out to you. Also, if you're going to post facts then at least get them correct, four Vale players have moved to EFL clubs and one has moved to a Scottish Premiership club.

My comment viz Jake Taylor is more sense/perception, surprised why he isn't featuring at all. Only someone with an agenda would post the way you did.

Ah right i thought i had seen somewhere that he had signed a new deal and was highly thought of there but could be wrong i guess

Because you don't have the gumption to realize that a/some player(s) released by Vale may have other things on their agenda as opposed to just finding a league club eg Joyce, as others have pointed out to you. Also, if you're going to post facts then at least get them correct, four Vale players have moved to EFL clubs and one has moved to a Scottish Premiership club.

I hardly think you can argue that Brown has been snapped up as a player. He's clearly gone as more of a coaching role. Hence why I didn't include him. I'm not arguing with you, as you'd clearly have an argument with yourself in an empty room, but facts don't lie. Of the 15 we've released, only 3 have signed for another English league club as players. Whatever the reasons for players dropping out of the league, fact remains that they have.

He got injured after the kidsgrove game and is still coming back from it along with Amoo and Gibbo. Nothing shady going on.

Fair enough,for some reason when i heard he had signed again i was thinking maybe 2 or 3yr not 1 so maybe we would have a chance if he did ok

Like that interview. I didn't get the impression that he has specific players coming in, at the end of the window - just that he has left room for a couple more to join us. And he seems to think these will be players who've maybe had their noses put out of joint by new signings at their clubs - so they may feel they have a point to prove?
