This is Vale after all.  We will waste 4 more weeks thinking of getting rid of him and then another 4 weeks looking at managers and then another 4 weeks selecting them for interviews and then 4 weeks getting him in.  Other owners seem to manage it in a couple of days.  There by allowing him to get rid of players and bringing some in.  The new manager will end up with JA's new players who will no doubt be rubbish to finish the club off.

I am really sorry I have to speak out about Carol but she needs to realise what a mess the playing side of the club is in, no effort, no motivation, discipline is poor these all come from the manager along with tactical awareness which John seems to be missing much to my disappointment as I really thought he would take us places.  I understand he has a way he wants to play but in the modern game you need to be able to adjust this from game to game or even within a game, which he is unable to do.  I think of another manager that I really liked and that was Eddie Howe at Bournemouth and we know how that ended.  Please do not let this happen to the Vale Carol.
