Seemed a decent enough offer personally. Apparently although there is no direct quote from him he’s looking for £1 million more so maybe factoring in the final Hughil payment around £4.5 million.

The club will be worth a lot less in a few months if we drop out of the league, if I was Synetics, I would bide my time, gates are dropping, the club is failing, I'm sure even if we avoid the drop this season the club will be slipping towards another administration....

If Smurf cared about the club and wants us to regain our league 1 status as he states,then he should do the honourable thing and sell the club for £1 on the provision the the new buyer invests 3-4 million.
