When they go on about cheating that red card is a direct result of a cheat. That lad stayed down as though he had been knifed....rolling over and over and then getting up. He completely conned the linesman who was less than 5 yards away!! An absolute joke of a sending off. A stupid tackle that deserved at best a yellow. That is the horrible face of pro football for me....Hope had just dived in our penalty area and been booked.......kin shocking decision.

I think it’s harsh to say we were **** there. I thought we were holding our own against a decent side, who are much better than Crawley, but they were struggling IMO to get to grips with our formation. Both sides had good chances, especially ours for Miller which was a great little move. Interesting to see Gibbons pushing high all the time on to their left back, I don’t know much about him but is he one of their danger men? There must be a reason for that. But the sending off has changed it totally. It didn’t look a red, but I’m on the opposite side to the tackle. I honestly thought the ref was going to give him a yellow having walked him away from it. Surprised to see Clark go off because we need to keep some energy in the side. Could we have kept the same formation (wingbacks and 3 centre halves) and take one of Kay or Joyce off and drop Manny back in? Or is that asking too much. I’m not sure.

 

Miller has just handed a big chance to Harris now, we needed him to keep his head and now he’s missing for 3 games.

Looks like he slid in to tackle with his left and then caught him on the knee with his right as he followed through. You could tell that he was in trouble by the way the linesman flagged. Ref has sent him off on the linesman's say so. Linesman was right there so you'd think he'd get it right.

Let’s hope we can dig in second half. The red has killed the game for us. Just got to hope we can hold out. You just can’t legislate for something like that happening.

We were playing okay but absolutely no threat to them. it's no good keeping the ball in your own half and looking good but not creating a sniff. The midfielders must despair when they look up and see no movement into space.

It wasnt even a foul. Slid the ball out of play and the Carlisle player jumped over the slide that carried on duetobthecwet pitch.

We have been ok but absolutely no threat. Knocking it about at he back under no pressure is something anybody can do. As soon as we look to play forwards we invariably go long and lose it. Big 45 mins to come.

We’ve had the better chances with Mannys off the line and twice Miller had a chance to score.

 

They’ve been good on the break. Big ask. Didn’t look a red to me. Referee shown no signs of sending him off when talking to him either.
