I thought young Whitfield was the only player that came out of today with any credit and not so much for what he did, which like most was very little, but he least he tried to attack the opposition, at least he gave his all and at least he kept on going rigjtbto the end. The same can not be said for his team mates.

If drawing last week, as some suggested meant the players were behind the manager, can the same people tell me what the hell today's contrast meant?

 

Neil suggested last week may hopefully signal a turning point, well that one also went completely out of the window. Yes we had some decent chances, and yes we were unfortunate with a couple of reflections, but from an organisation and team shape perspective, that was utterly shambolic.

We were really unlucky and the players were awesome and played really well. But some of the players made a few mistakes and this cost us in the end. However, stop booing the players and me as it is really upsetting me.

Just listened to a stoke player (Tom Ince) saying that by playing a more attacking football could be the way forward and that is how the manager wants us to play. God that would be good if Aspin could think that way as a manager, rather than this defensive and hope to score a goal.

Anyone thinking what Smurf or Aspin say is worthwhile listening to , need to get real. Both are totally and completely out of their depths. SMURF is and has always been laughing at the fan base. He is an utter disgrace as an owner of a great Football Club. We have had enough. I've supported Vale for well over 30 years at home and away. I buy 2 season tickets. I buy shirts, coats, all kinds of Vale merchandise. I am at the end of my tether and will no longer give that vile, poor excuse of a human being big blue blob anymore of my hard earned money. I will stay home and suffer my inner heartache of not supporting my Club as I honestly will NOT wish to see Smurfs face ever again in my life. I 100% love Vale but this is not Port Vale F C as I want to remember it.
