Losing a key player in January.

 

No adequate replacements brought in.

 

An owner that doesn't care.

 

Things are extremely dire at the club right now. I'd be amazed if we kicked off next season in League Two.

We play with wing backs and still hit it up to Pope and hope for the best, no wonder montano and Gibbons couldn’t get into the game. Ironically going to 4 at the back has freed up Gibbons more. Tonge and Worrall are playing well and hannant is putting a lot of work in. Jules looks like he doesn’t want to head it and god only knows why he was asleep like that on the second.

Lainton could do nothing. Huge deflection. We've been absolutely garbage.

We’ve totally lost any fluidity that we’ve had and have reverted to long ball. Get it down and bring Worrall, Hannant, Gibbons, Montano into the game, forwards drop deep and receive it to feet and bring others into the game. Players get the ball and we seem to have no options, other than hit it long to Pope. Christ Gibbons got booed for keeping the ball with the keeper when he had no one on, I think we may soon see Whitfield on and I can’t see Wilson lasting on the pitch too much longer.

They've had 2 "shots" at goal from what I've watched and we're losing 2-1. If we don't get a keeper,(at least), and Christ knows where we get one from now, it is going to be squeaky bum time come May.

We anner played that badly albeit I'm watching on iFollow, but we are looking like a team that is frightened and Aspo hasn't got many options really, as he? We get 3 points out of this and we'll do well....but COME ON VALE!!!

Just dreadful. Really concerned with Aspin’s tactics, signings and team selection.

 

We are struggling to play 2 passes together, Tongue can’t pass it 5 yards, Wilson is as bad as Campion.

 

And why is the pitch in such awful condition? Struggling to run with the ball at all.

Aspin looks like a non league manager for a non league club.

 

Forester should be on the pitch. Thank goodness the change has been made.

 

He is a decent player compared to the non league nobodies he has brought in.

 

However I don’t blame Aspo for this shambles. Dopey Smurfwaite and his failure to invest are the main reason we are struggling.

 

We have 3 league 1 players in Pope, Smith and Worral. A few league 2 standard ones and the rest are pub team players.

 

Smurf isn’t doing this cheaply. Those players are not worth any money. He is getting ripped off paying them anything.
