Too late IMHO he said it and clearly meant it. In my opinion he should be charged by the FA for incitement to cause crowd disturbance. Make no bones about it, his comments will not be forgotten come the return game at Crewe.

I think the point that Wrex was making was that Artells comments were made probably half an hour after the game had finished so couldn't have had any influence on the crowds behaviour.

Completely agree, apologised if his comments caused offence to those who didn't understand what he was getting at (he could certainly have worded things better) but ultimately he was right regarding the red card however much I like Tonge.
