So Tranmere finish the season with 9 points more than FGR and FGR go up, something's not right there.

 

It was the same with us when we finished if i recall 4 points ahead of West Brom and did the double over them. They then beat us in the play off final. Its just how it works. If we had finished in the 4th play off spot and gone up we would have taken it.

It would have to abide by fire regulation standards. I'm sure the technology is pretty advanced, but it seems that it can be just as fire resistant as the usual materials.

Anyone who was at Preston in 1989 will tell you the disadvantages of wooden stands.

 

I owe an apology for my assertion they already have sustainable wooden stands. In fact it is plans for one. What they have presently is solar power and a pitch free from use of chemicals etc.

Rushden have reformed, groundshare with Wellingborough Town (the main stand spells out WTF) and play in the same league as Kidsgrove, Newcastle Town and Leek. I know the guy who till recently served burgers there. He does a mean vegan burger i.e. he makes burgers out of vegans.
