He ruined a perfectly good performance from the rest of the lads with his horrendous distribution and the catastrophic mistakes for the goals. The first one is awful. The second you may be able to say Taylor should be closed down for the shot, but Fasan is way out of position. He's scrambling before he dives which shows that.

 

When people were saying that Alnwick leaving would cost us, last night that transfer actually cost us points.

I said from day one, I don't like the look of this Fasan. He may have saved a few pen's but anyone can if you chose the right way. Costing us way too many goals now. I can think of at least 4 goals he has let in I know Anwick would have kept out. He has played 8 games concerned 14 (that's 1.75 goals per game). Cant score 3 every week to win can we!

Swindon game,at fault for not realising there was a massive deflection on the way.

Last night his kicking was awful from the off. He didnt come for many (if any) balls in to the box. Their first is a total fluke, and I bet hes thinking he should have done better with it. Ultimately he cost us a point with the shocker of a second goal, I'm not sure what he was doing with his positioning, but I think to criticise him for the deflected goal in the Swindon game is really harsh.

He's an absolute liability. His positioning is terrible so he doesn't give himself a chance to make saves. My first thought leaving the game last night was it would probably have been a 1-0 away win with Jak Alnwick in goal. Oh well at least we have the money!

And as for Fasan's kicking... Might as well set up for the oppo's throw-in before he's even kicked it.

He may be not as good as Jak, but if the defence and midfield don't close down the players, then they are not helping the goalie and the opposition players can take that extra touch. People are forgetting that he has not had much first team time until he came here.

 

Would Neal of come back to Vale after the way he was treated by Smurf, if you believe half the rumours on social medial.

Keeping possibly the best goalie in the division would have helped, but he wanted to move up. But now we have to defend better.

His positioning was terrible, but you can't give him 100% of the blame, agreed. To give Matt Taylor that kind of room, from that far out (& with so little time to go too) is asking for trouble.

 

A quick Google search could tell anyone who somehow wasn't already aware that it's what he's good at.
