Has anyone heard or met the CEO yet ? i made a comment on the vale Facebook page about just how bad the standards of VP is lately to then i was replied by i'm guessing was his daughter saying "i clearly know nothing " and "need to get my facts right" and "that he has been there since billy lodey left" great feedback to your loyal fans there ! she then messaged me saying to email him which i will do but can't see it making any difference since i imagine he's just the face where Norman has the final say on everything. For me we lack in every department and it is embarrassing even the simple things aren't done properly , surely Norman realises this ? I've seen nothing major improve off the field since all his promises were made.

I had an e-mail from him not long after he started about fans being searched before games. Must have been in early October. Other than on here, never seen his name mentioned again. More unprofessional behaviour - he is the CEO yet we get Smurf and Johnson communicating everything via Twitter
