Agreed, their rules are clearly ridiculous and how that louse Dyke has the audacity to condemn Blatter but then back Platini and let this pass I don't know, he's cut from the same cloth, a power hungry useless dictator!

Jose can not come out of this in anything but a bad light, for example will have to say her duty of care got in the way of his "gamesmanship" ie cheating!

 

I do think there are some double standards going on though. She is famous because she's female and attractive ie different. To emphasise my point, who off the top of their head knows what the Arsenal Doctor looks like, never mind his name? See. I think if she was a 45 year old man, this would have got far less attention but such is life.

The conduct of JM on the day was wrong. He did not interpret the rules of the game correctly when the referee called for medical and physiotherapist attention to a player on the pitch. He then called her conduct in to question in public. He further implemented actions amounting to demotion in a public way. So we can speculate that she was not afforded privacy, not subject to a proper grievance process, he was wrong in fact about her duties at the game in the situation. He has not been reigned in by the club which has therefore compounded the wrong doing. So constructive dismissal where she walks out is a viable case. In JM's case he has two problems common amongst humans - ego and attachment.

Agree totally--don't know about 'the special one' he's more like the 'wild, crazy, egotistical one'! It's all about Jose and no one else--he'd be a psychiatrist's dream working out why he is like he is--but for me, the back of him can't come too soon. He is a blight on British football and deserves all the fines/bans (so far £141,000!) he has received from the football authorities-we should not be tolerating his childlike outbursts and behaviour!

I don't know about another doctor but the physio (is he a doctor?) that ran on as far as I know is still with the club with the same duties
