No it won't. The Bristol City game was our lowest and came on the back of a bad run on a Tuesday night.

 

The rain will stop and we are in with a good chance of a winning start to the New Year.

 

January looks a cracking month, with 3 winnable home games and two away games that should both see a decent Vale following.

Interesting fact is that Pope and Williamson have played nearly the same amount as minutes. Pope has 9 goals and Willo has 8, Willo has 3 assists. How many does Pope have.

 

Can't argue with the facts and them are the facts. Yet everyone slates Willo and worships Pope.

 

...true.... I had nothing to do this week either, so I totted up their minutes on the pitch for their league games. Surprisingly, although we haven't seen Pope for what seems like ages, it was only in the 33rd min of the Boxing Day match v Sheff Utd that Williamson had played more mins than Pope!

First that I have heard about a pitch inspection.But I do think it IF that is the case then its a bit on the late side for Gillingham fans.Not really sure that a pitch inspection is really needed.

If there was going to be a pitch inspection we would have known the outcome by now.But nothing else has been said.So I'm taking it as a wind up and getting ready to go for pre match refreshments.If I'm going to get soaking wet at the match then I might as well prepare right and wet my insides pre match.
