Have never seen us beat Sheffield United at VP so hopefully one of these days it may happen!! The win at Bramall Lane in the League Cup a few years ago was a good night(when Ian Bennett dropped it over the line from Richards' free kick!). Apart from that I don't think I've ever left VP or Bramall Lane happy after a Vale game against them, as the poster on page 1 put they are our ultimate bogie side!(Notts Forest run them a close 2nd but I reckon we've probably played Sheffield more in the last 50 years than Forest? so they win!) They're players could probably all have 6 helpings of Turkey each on xmas day and still beat us! But here's hoping!:D
