The football club is PVFC Ltd. The ground is owned by Alchemy Land Ltd. The football club currently has a 25 year lease on the ground. When I asked the poster on PVO what would happen if the club was sold and not the ground, would the terms of the lease change, he told me that the club would then have to rent the ground at £150k per year. I don't know who the bloke is who is posting on there but I have my suspicions, so I don't know whether this information is accurate or not.

The big problem is if anything happens to Alchemy Land and Norman loses control of its assets. The new owners would have no obligation to Port Vale and could ask for any ammount of rent they thought justifiable or indeed not rent it to the football club at all.

Maybe the covenant on the ground needs amending and a rent restriction clause added, if not already done.

Why can't it be left alone? To many people digging for ****!

It's clear at the beginning of the takeover there were things implemented that perhaps shouldn't have been. It sounds like Norman is trying to rectify this at the moment.

Why cant it be left alone? The information is being offered by Cheeky26 and sensible discussion is taking place........ Jeeez
