The squad should be strong enough without anymore signings it smacks

of some desperation but if they help to get us over the line so be it.

A right sided midfielder... not particularly a winger.

 

For example, on the left we can play Vincent as a winger of Loft/Jones as left sided midfielders. Playing Wide men instead of wingers allows us to play 4-4-2. However with the wingers we're best suited to either 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.

 

On the right we have JMW who has not suffered the dramatic decrease in form that Vincent appears to have, but his form has still dipped. We need some competition out there. We have Shuker but Adams seems to prefer to play him in the centre...

 

Not really sure on anyone specifically that I'd like to see, but I do this some competition/cover on the flanks is necessary.

loans can be structured so we only pay a % of there wages,and its great to have owners who are doing everything they can to get us over the line.

Just what I was going to say JMW and Vincent arent wingers.

I am sick to the back teeth of JMW cutting in and shooting when colleagues are better placed, they are either scuffed past the near post or fly high and wide of the far post. I can only think of 2 goals scored like this and both were deflections.

Vincent and Williams are played more as inside forwards than wingers. JMW can't cross and just scuffs it, which may be why they are played this way. I think final product is an issue with a lot of league 2 wingers, which explains why they are in league 2.
