IF we get over the line, it looks like we may have an unexpected bonus in Wolves coming down.

It would be great to have them, Crewe, Shrewsbury, and Walsall in the same league. Chuck in Preston, Notts County and Coventry and it looks a whole lot better than poxy League 2.

For these games alone, we MUST GO UP!!

We got 5500 at the weekend with little away support.

People tend to forget that.

If we had the same amount of locals for a game against Wolves next year we would be looking at a crowd of just over 10000. More than we had in our championship days.

Things are looking up and if we were to be playing Wolves next season i would anticipate a crowd of around 12000. That would give the attendance moaners food for thought!

Spot on Paul!We must and will get promoted as the away support is very poor in this league. We see very few coaches parked on Hamil End all season and even the so called bigger clubs haven't travelled in great numbers!Fair play to Plymouth though who are my choice for loyalist fans to come to Boslem this season.A few potentially good gates could be on the way next season if it all works out for us.Keep the faith:woy:

Thats what I am thinking the number of locals may increase as well for a game v wolves that could even tempt neutrals and potentially stoke fans to vp.

Barnsley too were always good for 1000 or so in away followings. Although it looks like Flitcroft may keep them up now?

Was never a fan of Bristol City but again they would always bring 500 or so even on a ****ty cold winters day, should they come down too?

Oldham and Tranmere are two others again not massive clubs by any means but you could guarantee they'd bring 500 or 600. It's better than the poxy 200 max we get now off most teams at this level!

There really is a big difference in some of the clubs even in what is effectively the Third Division, as others have said we simply MUST get promoted!

But so long as we weren't getting whipped week in week out we'd get more than 5,500 in a league game against wolves.

We got 7,000 home fans v Shrewsbury in league two before the turn of the year. I reckon we could get 12k at least if we played Wolves in the league.

Wolves and a Sheffield team alone would probably bring more between them than every visiting team this season. It would be interesting to see the total amount of away fans we get this season.
