Faal i actually thought looked to be improving when Brady came in before his injury(i would certainly take him over Brown),Shipley totally agree that his comment was strange because for me he would never play for us again

Faal is a better player than he showed at most his time at Vale. He started off looking not too bad then whether it was confidence, abuse from the sidelines or just could not be bothered he turned in to a right donkey with no effort. He was never good enough for division one but he is better than he showed.

FYI anybody who parks around Scotia Road and walks up to the ground via Bycars Lane.

They're closing Driveway A. Yet again.

If you walk up to the ground that way and you're in the Railway Stand/Paddock, they will force to go the long way round past the Bycars, Lorne Street and Hamil.

This is all for "safety" reasons  - even though it actually forces you to walk past away fans.

I'm sure it's been pointed out to the club many times the absurdity of this, but they don't listen.

Says pre match it will be open i think

Same reason(s) why the match clock/timer on the big screen still can't be seen by huge swathes of the Railway as it's blocked by the roof, it should be at the bottom where the foodhub advert text is as has been pointed out to them countless times in several different ways.

They don't care / are just thick. Pick one.

If a player is still at the club you can't really criticise them in public. Whatever a manager's private thoughts are we don't know. Adams's rant about Sam Morsy lost the club a good young player. Shipley is a injury away from starting a match.

Correct. Its called man management and managing the players and the fans is a tightrope many of us would struggle to walk.

I got in loads of trouble last week at home when i said this

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist😉

Awful weather, let’s hope the pitch when uncovered can take the rain for a few hours. Knowing our luck we will be 2 up half way through the second half and get abandoned!

Very intrigued by what happens with Gray today. For me, we dont have time to bed him in. We are already down imo, but the slightest slither of hope we have can be strengthened by a win today. Im hoping his ability and intelligence will help us to have an attacking outlet we can trust to retain the ball and use it wisely. Cole was a great finisher but not an intelligent footballer and relied on others. Gray has a good mix of skills which makes him far suited to that line striker role and im hoping he can get off the mark early.

I’d play Gray today, can rest him for 10 days until the next league game if need be.

Depends how fit he is, over stretch him and out for a month? Whether his mere presence on the pitch would be sufficient who knows.
