It's going to be very hard to find the motivation to attend this one. After the Exeter game I  thought exactly the same as many others, in that if they (the players) can't be bothered, why should I?

I'm certainly not throwing the baby out with the bathwater by saying something daft like I'm never going again, but on a freezing cold, wet and windy day without really even enough time for a couple of beers before the game and I am struggling to work up the resolve let alone enthusiasm to make the effort.

You dont have too have big crowds too have big motivation from your staff ....

Turned away offers of up to a million for Tyrese Shade 

They go out there and play great more often than not 

They probably bring what 300 plus  sat, and there players will take to the field buzzing ,they have defeated Bolton 3 -0 ,Cardiff away 1 -0 and continue too have a remarkable fighting spirit too win, think last season on less points than we on yet Gary Bowyer installed something in them ...

So i ask you and i ask all employees of Port Vale FC,(players) wheres the supports there youve seen it when played well at Luton /Leyton Orient /Birmingham, why the hell can you not produce ,the fans havent even put any pressure on you too finish high up ,in the league ,mid table garbage had of done, thats what annoyed me the most the lack of spirit ,fight, and togetherness ....

Just goes prove you can put anyone in a changing room, but a winners changing room has strong characters who do not under any circumstances accept defeat 

Bottom says our changing room is not a harmonious one ,it says that most are just individuals ,the lack of togetherness is appalling ...

How do you change thst you send a rocket up them .

We have to make sure we win our aerial duels in this as I remember in the 2021-22 season Jake Beesley gave us a torrid time as we couldn't cope with his height and physicality and he ended up scoring twice (both headers) in a 3-2 win for Rochdale.

Our dressing room problem is solely down to Moore. He had no concept of building a TEAM. His mantra was the GROUP. A group is just a bunch of whatsits whereas a TEAM implies a band of Brothers stance, us against the rest. Had Moore chosen say 15 players as His TEAM and got them on board he would have been a far better manager. Outside of the 15 you have SQUAD players who drift in and out of the TEAM to cover for injuries, loss of form, etc. A nucleus of a team never entered into Moore's thoughts in my opinion. He thought he was equal to Pep in having a capability of managing and rotating 50 players and that our players were as adaptable as the City players. Wrong on both counts in that thinking. It doesnt matter if you play at the top level or on Wedgwoods pitch aged 12 - youve got to have a TEAM to do something - and currently our dressing room doesnt have that TEAM spirit, or it doesnt display one.  Jon has to make a start on getting players to play together and get an understanding of what him next to you is going to do . At the moment none of the players know from one minute to the next who will play alongside them .....or even if they will play ! Everyone goes on about a Strong spine in a team , thanks to Moores we are Spineless , in shape , formation and character. I thank God every day that that <ovf censored> was gotten rid of and I pity the next poor team that falls for his b8llocks .   Jons not got a team yet, but he has made a start and all I can hope for is that he ends up with no more than 20 ish players and that they WANT to be here and be Successfull. I can but hope.

Any update on what time the Vale will be calling it off ?   Asking for the wife who wants know if we can go out .

I'm making my comeback after 2 years...

So went down gym this morning bumped into GB said how long till back 4 weeks he said ,shame really that Mansfield player did a job on him .

Obviously didnt ask any more ,as not really comfortable around players that are injured seemed ok but on recovery so nothing add than that

Enjoy the game be back for Stockport tues .

Shame about byers as if returned sooner he would make all the difference.
