On the plus side, if you're going to lose a game you would prefer it to be against a side managed by Gareth Ainsworth. What a man. Because of him I'll be wishing Gillignham promotion next season.

I think that they've locked it down to members only.  Spoil sports.

Lol. I noticed that too. I wanted to have a look. It was entertaining enough last week tonight must be a belter.

And I forgot to say, congratulations to Dave Artell on…..oh.

That’ll be due to Wimbledon’s massive budget I imagine 🤣🤣🤣

Players on fortunes no doubt.

Seems like I've got the wrong approach by wanting continuous improvement by analysis of any shortcomings. I've always wanted the best for Vale and strive to see them back in the Championship and the only way is to put things right. I celebrated over a few days, and probably too much, this last week and am chuffed to death at the end of the day but going on a case by case basis I think any player with any integrity and with the right winning professional attitude would be going over their individual performance because if they want to reach the pinnacle of themselves they will need to do this. I'm not saying tonight or tomorrow. Just enjoy the day but in readiness for more challenging obstacles ahead

There's a time for looking where we need to improve for next season. That time is not today.

I tried to register on the saddlers forum numerous times last week but kept getting this error message "error 69 - p1ss off hoppers" 🤔🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

We are going up say, we are going up 💪

Lets gooooo Valiants 😀

Have an absolute blinder of a bank holiday 🙏

Boslem is rocking, lost me mrs already 🤣

Probably had to play two wingbacks in midfield, or only had one fit striker like earlier on in the season. Don’t know if he’s mentioned it.

Vale have tended to struggle this season against teams who've sat back, shown little adventure and were well organized, that's exactly what the Gills did and were.

If it wasn't for a bobble at a crucial time, a couple of ref decisions it could have been a different story but that's football.

We're promoted, the only think that counts and I for one am over the moon.

Would imagine they are down to the bare bones because of all of the decapitations that have occurred.

In fairness I did also say that but I meant from a player/management point of view and not myself

Yeah we were poor. But if Tolaj scores as he should do we win today.

Did anyone get a video of Gareth doing his lap of honour?

Today has highlighted that we are still 4 or 5 players short of what we need to be competitive next season in League one. Also, today has also highlighted that Ainsworth would make a great Vale manager hopefully one day. Him and his team did an absolute job on us today. They will be up there next season with him in charge.

I’ll be having a few quid on them being promoted next season
