In last game v Wimbledon did he not stroke one home ,have a free kick R Richards put in and was generally magnificent and let's face it majority if not all Vale fans love him .

So I'm asking why has he become omitted from the squad ,team ,surely his lung busting runs  straight at the heart of oppositions back fours  throats, is a asset is it not ..

I'd rather see him than Harper he scores great goals aswell .

Harper has the tools to be an excellent player but he doesn’t work anywhere near hard enough. I remember when we signed him he described himself as an all action midfielder - I’m yet to see it.

I agree we haven’t been brave enough. Don’t know if it’s the managers approach or the players but they have not had the right mentality at the top of the league.

I don't know what he was thinking but I saw him warming up on the pitch before a recent game and he wasn't looking very enthusiastic

Nothing new but a very readable format. From a Doncaster POV.

Vale have scored in all 9 away games this year

Scored 14 in the last 5

Wimbledon have won 3 out of their last 14 and scored 2 in their last 4 games

Tolaj has scored 5 in 5

It's all positive from me

To all intents and purposes I think our fates will be settled come 5pm Saturday.  You look at the final round of fixtures and for the most part the 4 teams are playing a team with little to play for. The exception is Doncaster away at Notts County. If Bradford, Walsall and Wimbledon win it'll be looking tough for Doncaster and ourselves. One of us may well miss out.

I'm very positive that the Vale go up wouldn't be surprised if it's a last minute goal what gets us up ,I see a worldie from Curtis going in in 1 of these last 2 games I see Stockley heading superbly home ,and I see Headley going on a mazy run and him teeing up Tolaj to drill one home .

I've no doubts we will score it's at other end of pitch what concerns me  we have looked static and frightened defensively v Carlisle/Grimsby especially first half's yet v everyone else I think defensively we have looked fine ,maybe nerves ,but those 3 need do a lot lt better than what they have being doing if selected personally I d select 1 of them but thsts me .

Check Harper out for Grimsby's penalty. He had 3 chances to follow the guy but was 2 yards behind with his thinking. Shocking. Half asleep.

We’ve beaten them before, we can beat them again. We’ve got better players and we’re higher in the league. Keep it simple, play our game and don’t worry about what others are doing.
