I would like is to go down the premiership youngsters route like we did with McPhee, Brooker,  bridge-Wilkinson, Cummins et al. We have some good experience I think we lack some real pace and energy at times which we will need more of in league one. What we do have, unless we <ovf censored> it up like last time, is a good base to add too. Our biggest mistake when we were relegated was Flitcrofts idea of binning all the experienced players off and replacing them with cheap/loan players. He likes of benning, Pett, Worral should have been eased out. Don’t think we will make that mistake this time under Moore, he will keep the nucleus together.

Wasn’t recommending him, just pointing out the link to Darren .  Still a regular this year and bulk of career in Championship with some time in the Premier League.

He may well be retiring, but wouldn’t allow age to immediately rule him out - Vardy is 38 and wouldn’t mind him 😉

I'm interested in winning the $1bn US Powerball 

2 years left on his deal and an owner clearly quite prepared to speculate to accumulate. It'd have to be a very healthy offer indeed. 

Tolaj won’t leave this summer imo and I’d imagine clubs who might be interested will want to see how he gets on in a division higher. If he does well and with another year off his contract then we would have to look to cash in.

I want to see Lorent here for his 10-year testimonial, preferably while we are playing in the Championship (or above 🙂).

He is already well into Vale legend territory after less than a season.

I’d be surprised if we can afford it. I think it’ll be a case of steady progression and that’ll be a mix of L1 & L2 players, prem loans and maybe the odd player or two dropping down a league. Plus we’ll have a shed a few lads who the manager won’t feel are up to league one. 
 

Buzzwords and phrases  like championship ready and want need expect should never be mentioned again from the club (I think they learnt their lesson) and next season should be about progression and consolidation I think. The problem as always is keeping fan expectations in check, because some are unrealistic.

I watched Dundee a few times this season to get a glimpse of Paton and I was impressed with Dalby. He would be an excellent signing for me.

Not necessarily established Champ players but lads with experience higher end of L1 with promotion experience would be nice.

A few lads in that Sheff Wed team out of contract or no longer wanted..👀
