Just had a quick look at the relegated league 1 squads. Normally you spot one or two who are decent players, just in a poor side. Really not much there, despite a poor season there is more quality in the Carlisle squad. 3 or 4 at Cambridge are OK players at league 1 level. Aside from Taylor nothing jumps out at Rovers. Shrewsbury and Crawley very little. All 4 sides are in need of major rebuilds just to be competitive next season.

I aren't sure Paton wants to come back tbh(no facts just a feeling),we might end up seeing if we can get a little bit of money back on him.

I would happily take Michael Smith and him and Moore know each other well

Apart from our ex-players I have no idea about who’s who in those squads to make judgement.  They can’t all be crap players because a lot of them have good experience and tbh I rarely take much notice of players when they play against us, and even then those 2 games against them aren’t enough to form a decent enough opinion.

Gonna get pelters here, but iv liked Ryan Johnson's partner, rough arse Lewis at Wimbledon - I know his shorts seem to disappear up his bum hole, but he has been a big part of the stingiest defence in our league ( apart from when we play them 🤣🤣)

No idea what he’s like but Jonathan Hogg from Huddersfield given Moore connection?
