Really pleased with this from a squad building perspective, already fits in nicely so it’s one less player we have to worry about bedding in. 

cant echo enough weve done some great work getting him back. good young talent who gets bums off seats. really pleased with this signing theres definately a quality player in there for the future!

Only just seen this when got in from work. 

Really glad to see this signing. As plenty have said he gets you out of your seat. Decision making needs working on but he's a kid. 

It's a squad game, Rico will get minutes and hopefully get better and better.

We used sang and john at rcb last season when the need arose so yes Gabriel could possibly be utilised there if needed but I really doubt he chose to sign with us to play in a completely different position than he is is used to playing in.

You said I think he has been brought in as a RCB which has been proven to be not the case by my quote you’ve quoted, I merely said he could have been brought in as a RCB not a RWB and hopefully not to replace Clarke, purely because I did not want Clarke to leave. You bang on about him not playing in a position he is used to playing in- previously he has played at RB but has played in a back 3 as a RCB so why you keep saying he will be more natural as a RWB doesn’t fit.

He may well have been brought in as a RWB but I am glad Clarke is staying and signed a new contract so I’ve moved on- think you need to, you’re obsessed! And think you need to understand the meaning of gas lighting before accusing people of that.

Things continue to get better at this football club. It also shows the intent we have. We are clearly doing plenty right on and off the field and must have a great relationship with our players. Well done Port Vale and thanks Rico. i am made up really pleased with this signing.

Good signing, bags of potential and DM is spot on- it’s the right move for Rico. Sometimes signings are meant to be for both parties and this is exactly one of those cases.

Whilst it's true he can't know the budgets for 25/26, they do know what was spent by each team in 24/25. With FFP regulations there is also a cap for each team's spending.  We won't be anywhere near Luton or Cardiff for sure. I'd guess we'll be lower mid table.

I don't think he's giving sworn evidence in court. 

It's just his view.
