Offensively Vale are missing Headley and or Clark massively and that's nothing against Shorrock or John, the latter has been excellent.

Got to get a grip in midfield, particularly cover in from of Vale's D, a Notts player has been free and unchallenged 3 times in that area.

Still in this and if Vale get 1st goal will change everything.

Harper on to try and wrestle control of midield, play a true defensive midfield player and link the midfield.

They must be pissed they've not scored.

And you lot tell me Darren Moore is the man!!

We’re all quick enough to criticise myself included so credit where it’s due. Jack Shorrock one of the bright sparks that half more than held his own. That goal saving block was incredible 👏🏻

I would not put this down this down to Darren Moore. It really is down to the players on the pitch. The passing has been sloppy all through the game. Constantly giving the ball away which is breaking down attacks. The game possession wise is pretty much the same as the reverse fixture. Notts are very, very good at what they do. They are very good at passing accurately and keeping possession. Our players have to up their game to make sure when we do break we make it count. Not a lot Moore could do about the way we have passed the ball. Nice to see Deborah and Shorrock having good games. Byers looks like a player who has been out for a long while.

One problem for us is that with the ball coming out of defence we're looking to find Byers all the time and giving the ball away.

Hang on mate , Doesn't Darren Moore pick the team and then set them up tactically and give them instructions on how he wants them to execute his game plan .

It's the same week in week out - Sit in and frustrated the opposition and the fans then look to hit the opposition on the break it's not great is it ?
