The game is crying out for an accomplished midfielder to put their foot on the ball and pull the strings. Quality with the ball is not our strong point, we are giving the ball away far too easily and undoubtedly teams like Notts will punish us for this. Poor showing so far. Come on vale. 

What an amazing save from Amos. No way tubby old Ripley would get down to that.

Just got back in time to see Shorrocks great bit of work. We seem very passive to put it mildly, and there doesn’t seem any energy or urgency. Poor this, we need to wake up!

Shorrock having a shocker yet again. I feel sorry for the kid constantly being dropped in like this. But it’s not good for us either.

Well it has been like this all season really. We never looked like a dominant side especially against fellow sides wanting promotion. 

We can’t keep inviting pressure like this. So many passes going astray. We look really off it tonight. Have we even worked their keeper yet??

 

It's so hard to warm to Darren Moore when we play like this. Another one of his let's try to stay in the game and hope for the best <ovf censored> shows. Treating a pretty average Notts County team missing a couple of key players as if they're from the league above.
