I've heard from a reliable source that the FL signatory is residing in a Blackpool guest house. He is being persuaded to take his time over the matter of signing the required papers for the takeover. He has been promised all the Cornettos he can eat in a month of Sundays and there is a free set of ladders for his own personel use for climbing out of ivory towers.
