It's called Professionalism 

With all these promising signings it really highlights just how utterly useless ***croft was.

Carol must be squirming in embarrassment at the memory of how she was suckered by such a snake oil salesman. But boy oh boy, I bet she has learnt from the experience.

Last season he was basically rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. Pep, Klopp and Mourinho would have struggled with that side.

Bloody hell this midfield is looking good. I wouldn’t swap it for anyone.

I thought he’d have done a decent job in L2. Still the powers that be with the money invested are probably hoping for an immediate return to L1. Therefore a two year deal wasn’t on the table. To echo others thoughts, thank you and all the best for the future

Another fantastic, exciting signing.

It's great to see that Carol, Darren and Matt have really stuck to their word. Mistakes were made in the last two years and they are trying massively to turn it around. Fans were disconnected with the club. Football seemed second fiddle.

Now, football and the the first team are front and centre and the feel good factor is building again. If the football team is successful, then the community, Hub, and everything else will follow in it's success, with all the fantastic hard work of the teams in the background. Really looking forward to this season now.

I've never seen a reaction from fans of a club like this when signing someone. Usually there'll be mixed comments - all of the Sheff Wed fans, without exception, are telling us how class he is and how's far too good for League Two. Looks like we've got a baller on our hands.

My only worry is the wage bill. I hope Carol isn't biting off more than she can chew.

Agree. But to balance it, Flitcroft wasn't given this war chest!

Just watched his goals on YouTube he loves a long ranger and headed goals,oh and he salutes the crowd when he scores....love it

He said we made a huge offer in January though for the best striker in League 2.

Then went shopping at Poundland instead with a gaggle of truly horrendous loanees. You'd struggle to think of a worse bunch than he brought in.
