Been away for last 8 days... I know we are at the end of the month (hoped-for deal finalising date) but I skimmed through the Sentinels that I'd missed and the threads on here, but couldn't find anything that said there would be an announcement today - or did I miss it?

I assume that a minimum 24 hours notice would be given before any Press conference/major announcement took place anyway. So why are we expecting any 'big news' today in particular?

I think it's a disgrace that onevalefan hasn't directly been given half hourly updates from Keith, the Admins and the FA during the last week or so. It's disgusting that we as fans are completely in the dark over what is going on.

Because Bob Young said last week that Keith Ryder is the preferred bidder until 30th June, and today is the last working day before that so that is why people are expecting something to happen today. It may do, and I believe things are happening, but there may not be an announcement until Monday.
