Forwards signed by comparable League 1 or League 2 clubs:

Burton: Jonathan Leko, Kyle Hudlin, Antwoine Hackford, Odemola Ola-Abebomi, Joe Hugill

Cambridge: Lyle Taylor, Macauley Bonne

Carlisle: Luke Armstrong, Georgie Kelly

Cheltneham: Matty Taylor, Joe Nuttall

Exeter: Mo Eisa, Millenic Alli

Fleetwood: Ronan Coughlan, Tommy Lonergan

Leyton Orient: Khayon Edwards

Lincoln: Joe Taylor

Wigan: Charlie Kelman

Wycombe: Richard Kone, Gideon Kodua, Bez Lubala

 

How did all of these clubs manage to sign forwards, whilst we're crapping it with 40 minutes to go?

I've no doubt we'll bring someone in, but the second January in succession we're down to the wire.

no - just on my way home from a late client meeting so thought I'd nose at how much activity there looked.  The photo was at about 9.40 and I took it to whatsapp a mate.   Some on here would be surprised how busy it was.  Several people pacing up and down on the phone, other moving quickly between rooms.  Someone (might have been AC) was playing darts, just pacing up and down to teh board.....look of an expectant father waiting for news trying to fight the nerves!   

Lots of effort, lots of hope and disappointment, and the odd success in those rooms today, but lots going on!

It's ever likely we haven't signed a forward..........They've all gone....Sold out.
