A meeting is planned tomorrow.Then if this is included in the meeting then we should know the result some time tomorrow.Dont know what time the meeting is planned for,or how long.But I guess we will know late afternoon one way or the other.

But as we are still in admin, there is nothing to say.The people who need to will know exactly what is being done behind closed doors so that KR and the club can hit the ground running when the FL give the nod. With regards to a resolution this week, need OR want?

 

We'd better get used to the idea of things being 'behind closed doors'. It's not our Club anymore so we'd just better hope that the new lot have made all the background preparations and are ready to act as soon as the t/o is ratified. Could be a long, long, season if not.

It could well be that Ryder knows a lot more about the FL`s opinion of his personal profile and submitted operational plan, but until ratified by the FL board any mention of it could jepardise the situation. So please be patient, just be happy that we are not in Darlos situation, relegated to Conference North, but came out of Admin without a CVA and so rejected by Conf North, they must now find a league further down the pyramid who will accept them.

But who doesn't know that they are working to exit admin...everyone seems to know wbout the FL meeting which it is planned will give the greeen light

 

How can he officially know what PV staff are doing, who is he to comment on such things?

 

I'd be disappointed if he issued any official statement regasrding what's going on at PVFC until he is actually officially involved...then he can come out all guns blazing if he wishes

 

He doesn't have to issue an official statement on PVFC's website but can use any media he chooses. As the man most likely to take control of Vale I would be amazed if he were not working behind the scenes to line up a CEO etc, talking to MA about a transfer budget and plans etc, all confidential. He wouldn't look very professional if when the he does take over and asked "Well who's the new CEO" he couldn't name him or her or at least make the comment that we're talking to a couple of candidates and one will be appointed in the next x weeks.

Totally agree and he wouldn't look very professional if he was talking in any way about port vale whilst he is officially nothing to do with Port Vale

i wish people would calm down, sometimes having an opinion on here that doesnt go with the majority of views makes you feel like you have done something wrong!

all i said was that i think he should say something, anything, just to reassure the fans, say what he knows regarding the fl meeting, anything!

some of the replies on here, any1 would think i had verbally abused their mother!

Daft thread. No wonder. Everyone's bored. It's hot. All the decorating/gardening has been done.

 

I must admit that I have completed the decorating but there is still much to do on the gardening front.The weathers changing tomorrow however so it will save time with the hose pipe.

cant wait for tomorrow lets hope the meeting involves the vale and we can get on the ship to take us were we belong. ill be checking OVF most the day while at work and listening anxiously to the radio :D
