Carol needs to drop her admirable stance of 'loyalty and sticking together, through thick-and-thin', and face the reality of owning a football club that is performing abysmally where it matters - on the pitch.

This is now way beyond 'thin' - its long overdue that she does her duty (as custodian of a Football League club) and replaces this manager.

Askey has already been allowed way more time than he would have got at any other club.

Enough is enough Carol. Time to act.

Don’t understand football, if I was this bad at my job I would be sacked with no chance of a pay-off. I feel sorry for Colin Askey, a true Vale legend having to watch his own son destroy his beloved club.

I honestly don't think we will.

It should be irrelevant anyway.  He should be gone one way or another. 

We simply cannot go on like this.

Parkinson is the number 1 choice for me.

He may be 'taking a break', but dangle enough money in front of him and he won't be able to resist.

Get him in there, get him rinsing those frauds, and get us mid-table and able to think ahead of this summer.
