One of the greatest pieces of music ever written, going to see a staged performance of Die Walkure next weekend at Tanglewood, summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Pity it's not the Immolation scene from Gotterdamerung where the Rhine overflows, Valhalla is destroyed and it's the start of a new beginning......just magical.
