Vale Park Remortgaged

Bliddy Heck, Perry & Co simply do not have any shame

Of course they don't Barry, none of them do, sheisters the lot of them,.....the writing was on the wall when Bill Bratt walked away with his shares paid for.

'For us All'...........

But surely if they have done something such as this which blatantly contravenes the articles of association and the terms of the council loan then it's illegal, null-and-void and they are bound by the laws of the land?

I have been saying for the last couple of weeks the club had taken out another loan to cover Deakins and Millers tracks, now we have proof that the four directors that signed up for the loan, are nothing but a bunch of low life money theiving scum of the highest order, surely this is now the time to call the egm, to rid the club of the other three scumbags once and for all.

Hi All,

Disgraceful conduct.

After all the criticism directed at Mo about his so-called "plans" for the ground, BB & Co sell out thereby allowing those very same concerns to become a reality. This is indeed a legacy but not of the right kind.

As I said in my posts on the administration thread, if the rot is set in too deep then there is only one viable solution for the long term benefit of PVFC.

It is a real "dogs-dinner" folks but no necessarily irrecoverable.

Regards

It depends on the Council I guess, but my own personal opinion is that the Council is trying to shrink its portfolio of properties, not increase it. So, whoever does take us out of admin, could cut a deal with the Council to take VP off their hands maybe?

NB - I'm trying to be positive.....

But this new mortgage will have been secured against Vale Park surely. If I default on my mortgage I lose my house. I don't think the sort of company this loan is going to be with to be as flexible as the council.

Does anyone know how it could be resolved if we owe the ground to two parties? Is it even legal?
