This seems it cut be a quite clear case of mortgage fraud.

 

Don't think so. Suppose other alternative is if they have re-mortgaged to clear the council loan and release additional funds? Don't have access to Companies House from here - is their charge still registered as well?

The new loan is for £300K, the council loan is almost £2M.

What utter rubbish.....Bratt,Lloyd,Oliver,Adams were the Directors who sanctioned this whole scam.....Deakin and Miller have been assisted by Oliver and Lloyd not to forget Lodey.

This was not change just a continuation of the same.

Mo Chaudry is very much still interested but obviously now on very different terms given the state of the club.....it is the people who just wanted to watch football and let this happen that are to blame.

There is a thread on PVO that reckons the loan was used for the share purchases. However, it's £50K short, so I'm not sure.

 

Surely if the loan was for share purchases then the club own them and not Miller and Deakin, unless some sort of repayment contract has been made with the club.

I can't see it myself. If so it would be simple to build a case against them as, so far as I'm aware, securing funds against company assets to buy your shares is highly illegal. If they have done, which they shouldn't have been able to, it's a good thing as they can be royally ****ed over in court!

This loan is only for £300,000, a strange amount given that the combined share purchase of Deakin and Miller comes to £350,000. Therefore it couldn't have been used to pay off the much larger council loan (mortgage?).

 

Mortgage fraud is criminal offence when the applicants deliberately lie or omit information which would have lead to such an application being denied when actually approved. I wonder if this is why Miller has run off back to the US though I'm still concerned as to how he got back in when it was reported in here he had issues with his green card?

Bratt, Deakin, Miller etc you have now been cleared of any wrongdoing at PVFC. This poster clearly blames the fans that went to watch the team. If it wasn't for those pesky loyal hardcore fans we would be in the champions league by now.

I would love to know what connection this mysterious company in Gibraltar has with miller. I bet there is a connection there and I rather suspect the interest rate charged on the loan will be astronomical. Kick backs all round maybe.

Ignore him, he's just trying to get a rise and given the number of replies he has received he is probably sat in a dark room with his laptop in one hand and his todger in the other furiously self-pleasuring.

 

No one can seriously defend this and everything else that's gone on in the last 6 months.

 

I liked him as Charley but as Dave and Frank he is a complete and utter moron who has absolutely no self-respect.
