He could save his money and buy the pub for sale in Moorland Road.He could convert the upstairs to apartments for players kills two birds with one stone.Miller would definitely want to come if he was living above a pub walking distance from the ground.He could stagger up Hamil Road to prepare for matches.

If we sign the striker we think we are going to he will need an apartment at the ground as he can not drive until 2022. Having been caught 3 times he clearly has big elbow trouble. Probbably not best to build a pub next to the apartments though

 

There's a pub already next to where the apartments will be situated its called Tommy Cheadles.

Wouldn’t have thought so, not for 3 or 4 flats. If they’re all occupied at the same time it’s only another 3-4 cars using the existing road.

See the proposal is to include a new Police control box. Is that to replace the old one by the Railway stand? Then that old one could be demolished I suppose to make way for Norm's Pub?
