But someone finding today's results more palatable than you. And perhaps celebrating a pay rise bigger than you will ever see.

Both John Rudge and Neil Aspin were very sorry to lose Gunning and admitted it leaves a problem - but you know better than them of course.

Couldn't resist personal naming in a post either could you ? Because your arguments don't hold up ?

Stop inventing things in my posts then and I'll stop calling you out for it.

I know better than Aspin and Rudge apparently?!

2 of the 3 men who failed to sign Gunning are very sorry to see him go. I think if that were true then they'd have tried a little bit harder to keep him.

Maybe Smurf is very sorry to see him go. Maybe this has zero to do with Smurf. Maybe Aspin and Rudge thought that Gunning is a useful player to have this season but didn't want to be lumbered with him next year when they've got a whole summer to sign their own squad.

No one knows. So stop pretending like you do.

It's not about him wanting him to go! It's about not paying stupid money for a league 2 journeyman!

Who said it was stupid money ? Clearly Aspin didnt think it was,and with the development with Anderson we are very light at the back.

Still Smurthwaite promised that we wouldnt get relegated and he would fund this window to avoid the drop, lets hope thats a promise for once he can keep.
