I would. If for no other reason than we need someone to make strong decisions and to lead us out of the position we are in currently.

It seems support is growing but it would be interesting to put it to a vote.

Who's decisions got us into the position we are currently in?

No. He has proven he cannot run this club. He even admitted it last year. If he accepted his limitations as owner and put someone else in that may work.

Adams as director of football to the extent of actually running everything to do with football including budgets would be a potentially good move. The incumbent manager would then need to focus on just being a good coach.

Could it work? Possibly. I know people hate director of football roles and I do too, but I think Micky could be great at it. His ability when the club was on its knees in admin was outstanding. It was his stale coaching and tactical approaches that killed off his tenure at Vale, but away from the frontline management, his experience and strengths could shine.

When I went to the fans forum in 2016, Smurf was more ambitious than me as a fan. He was serious about striving for promotion from League 1. With Page we were in permanent safety mode and this led to a style of play and many tedious games. So Smurf reconfigured taking a lot of risk with a whole new direction - a foreign manager seeking to play more technical football hoping to upgrade skill affordable with signed foreign players and loaned players.

Smurf has done somethings without good taste including how Page was forced out and handling media poorly. But he has put at risk a very substantial amount of his own money with his strategy and even more so how that has gone wrong. So I regret his mistakes, and whilst he is now delegating authority he can't delegate responsibility for them, he is suffering the most of anyone.

Therefore I just want him to save the club now. It must be him because he is the owner and only director of the company / group. Therefore he must return to active from sleeping and make decisions in consultation / with best advice with the CEO and now it seems a Director of Football.

Please find a manager with experience and a proper play book beyond keeper hoof.

This goes to show you are Norman or a very close associate.

You can play games all you want.

You don't support the Vale. Never have.

Some of us can see through your persona.

And how sad you dedicate your life to being that persona for your own fun.

Go out.

Enjoy yourself.

Have sex.
