Walsall game to be re-scheduled

This getting silly now as Walsall have had 3 players called up for international duty..

We'll be playing Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday one week at this rate. Why are they even bothered? They wont make the Play offs and wont go down, just play their kids!!

Not many dates left to fit in Rochdale and Walsall....oh well its a good job we aren't in a relegation fight or owt like that mmmm

Also just looked chesterfield is our only remaining away game on a saturday this season fleetwood is sunday oxford a monday all the rest night matches.

Said the same on another thread that we should have played Rochdale tonight, Walsall managed rearrange their game that was called off last Tuesday. There are only 2 possible dates that we can play the Rochdale game, either the 4th or 25th April, we now have to rearrange the Walsall game as well. This could possibly be arranged for the 11th April however be playing Sheffield on the Friday and Oxford on the Monday as well. If we have another Saturday match called off it will mean every week between now and the end of the season that we will have Tuesday night games.

Vale site wrong, one of the Cypriots is Canadian. His game is on the 22nd in Scotland so crazy to say he can't play for Walsall on the 25th. The Afghan hasn't played for Walsall since October and the Cypriot has only started 10 games for Walsall so hardly a regular.

Have Walsall indicated that they will definitely postpone? Can they waive it?

 

If they're mid table and not really that bothered they might decide to play the game anyway to avoid any fixture congestion of their own and any negative impact on the attendance caused by moving it to a midweek.
