The problem is I imagine is that Mark like most of us want major changes, changes the others won't want which will be the stumbling block in taking our club forward!:(

I totally agree with grebovale. MS put himself up for the job, took RW's sponsorship and got the shareholders to vote him in. To then turn around and make demands because not all the votes went his way isn't really on.

 

Jackson and Meigh are gone, Lloyd has shown in the past he's willing to vote for investment. Change is happening but it's an incremental process, MS needs to get in there and start being part of the solution.

The longer it takes unfortunately has a knock on effect.

IMO I think Bratt will go but Glenn the scrote will stay. Either way I think Lloyd wil work with MS and with his casting vote they can be isolated, so he should take it on and take them down from the inside, then we can bring in new investment and the fanbase can unite behind the new board.

The only investment ML will vote for is the AGS deal as it will keep him as chairman. He needs to keep GO and BB on Board for the time being (whilst the deal is finalised) to ensure it gets a yes. And I'm sure they will find some way to avoid putting the deal to a shareholder vote, we know how good the Board are at changing the rules.

I think it is now worth taking a step back and seeing how far negotiation and discussion can take us.

None of this was happening 6 months so a great deal has been achieved in a relatively short space of time. People who have been clamouring for change have already made headway.

Discussions are on the agenda and let's see what Sims' reaction is.

I am sorry but there has been no change at the club in the attitude of the board.

 

There is still no openness or transparency.

 

We still have a culture of delay and frustration.

 

I should have received shareholder information from the club by 0932 this morning. Yet there is total silence even though they are legally obliged to give this information. It appears not only is there a total disregard of the fans and shareholders, there is a disregard for the law of the land and specifically the 2006 Comapnies Act in relation to Section 116 requests.

I think MS has made a mistake not joining the board. As ML has the casting vote what is the problem, they could out vote BB and GO and make things happen. I know for a fact ML has not much time for either BB or GO so change could happen. We need pro changers on the board not outside it.Come on Mark join the board buy your own 50 K shares there is no way you can or would be stopped from buying them. Then the maths become interesting again.
