Just because Smurf has said there is no money available for the first team at present, it doesn't mean we can't look at potential future signings. Smurf has mentioned on Twitter that if a player or players went out on loan then potentially we could bring a Striker in. The prob is no bugger wants our reserves lol.

He's also mentioned any profits from the sale of players like Enoch in the future will go into the playing budget so we should be sounding future players out, hence the need for a scout.

glover was not scouting yesterday he gave the team news to radio stoke at the ground bodin not there was with the wales u21 squad and could not get back also said on radio that page had not been seen at the ground but was on the touch line for kick off.

 

Page was there long before the kick off and was doing the warm ups.
