Had a letter from the club this morning acknowledging my renewal

 

It was a single sheet of A4 paper that any normal company would fold down to keep to minimum postage cost with a window envelope showing my address as printed on letter.

 

It came in a cardboard 're-unforced' A4 envelope so the club paid large letter postage with an envelope that is twenty times more expensive than necessary and with a handwritten address by what looked like a child.

 

About as unprofessional as you could possibly imagine in application and image.

When it comes to managing campaigns of any kind, with the amount of 'customer data' they have, I've never witnessed a business be so incompetent to be honest. Probably through lack of knowledge about the ways of working and lack of commercial awareness by those doing the do (so to speak)

Its quite depressing really, things aren't going our way on the pitch but at least it would be nice to think that off the pitch activities were starting to show signs of improvement with an element of professionalism.

I would imagine if you looked at all other clubs forums you would find alot. You want hear the Stoke fans moaning because Coates wont spend much. Certainly doesnt seem to of done them any harm.

The public image of PVFC is not one of a well oiled machine, but it should be and it's so disappointing that the club has failed to move forward with its office administration.

 

I thought the amateurs had left the building but clearly that is not the case.
