Port Vale in the Community

Having two separate projects can't possibly work.

If as Pete Williams says the community has lost £200,000 by Norman not sanctioning the project and Norman saying he will give it his blessing if one man would resign from it then in the best interest of the club and the community project should Jim resign?

The whole business over moving to hanley, unconnected to the club, while the club starts a different one is ridiculous. I've got no idea how they expect to run it, or even how they can still use the name.

Time for Jim to fall on his sword for the good of the club and everyone involved.

Time to go jim, you wont be the first to lose your job or the last, its just crazy your now in hanley and apart from using the name port vale I cant see the connection to the club. Its a bit like aldi selling crisps similar packageing to walkers but they are not walkers

Smurf and Jim are finished......So Jim its time to go.

I tend to agree

No matter what good work Jim has done, the football in the community is not his to own, and seen as how much it relies on the club itself for funding from the league Jim has been foolish in my opinion

sad really but it looks like the situation is not going to be resolved as it stands . it would probably be best if jim stepped down , then the other members of the current set up would stand a chance of retaining their jobs i would guess. the vitc cannot stand alone and needs the club and smurfs backing , it is futile to try and operate alone .
