I wouldn't really count any of the long term absentees, like Taylor, Shuker, Mohammed and Chilvers, Knott was only ever a loan player and I think Hughes only went because of the emergence of Hugill. Still, 5 would be the bare minimum, particularly with the disbanding of the development squad. I'd be happy with replacing the regulars (JMW, Jones (to an extent), Loft, Tomlin & Hughes/ Hugill) with a reliable quality player or 2 to replace the 4 or 5 'dead wood' players. Having said that, we also need at least one central defender. Damn, we're not going to do it, are we?

No chance we will be ok with that.

 

1 striker would leave us with, pope, Williamson and 1 other. Need two strikers IMO

1 centre half won't be enough, we have Robbo and Duffy, Duffy was injured for parts of last season and Robbo was in and out of the team and probably not good enough, I think we need two centre backs.

1 centre mid not enough, we only have lines and birchall at the minute.

1 winger not enough, only have Colin Daniel and I hope he is only a squad player.

For me we need 10/11 signings as a right back is also needed.

He wants a squad of 21/22 players... we need up to 5 so we must have 17 at least... with 11 leaving we must have had 28+ last season...

Did we have 28 players last season?
