I don't think physios conduct the medicals

Medicals are aimed more at the players general health-not just fitness to play football

They test the heart,blood ,lung capacity etc and I believe it can take hours

Don't think it is the physio who would conduct it, more likely the Doc

 

 

 

I suppose those players who may have been at Vale with a view to signing may now go and sign for someone else where there is a physio ? All this ****ing about at this club is annoying.

So there shouldn't be a problem giving medicals? Unless the doc has ****ed aswell.

Hopefully Joe davis and Ryan lloyd contract should be sorted out by next week :). Hopefully we have some new physio's next week :). Micky wants them soon as possible so :). and once we have got them we can sign players again and they will be able to have their medicals :). busy summer for the vale i think :).

Yes, I know a lady who regularly attends his clinic for physio and he's very highly rated. Think actually some of Vale players still use him from time to time.

I know that naming random players isn't really useful but Durrell Berry from Plymouth would make a good signing. Looked steady in the FA Cup games and has recently rejected a contract there. In my opinion, we have to sign a new right back as well as a new centre back or two.

Well he is a player who MA has witnessed first hand on two occasions this season and he looked decent to me in the first leg. It has been reported that a host of league 1 & 2 clubs are after him too.

We have has a string of physios who have moved on to better things. Are we better at training and developing physios than we are with players?

 

No are players tend to get injured, so they can practice more than other clubs physio's.
