You say lucky but both PSG goals had a certain amount of luck about them, the penalty was very lucky PSG received and City should possibly have had a pen too though Danny Mills comments on that were repulsive.

I never thought that I'd say this but I've started to wonder if a lack of a winter break and playing too many games is hampering our teams (England too). We pick up too many injuries to key players and every time England play in a summer tournament they never look fresh and energetic.

City were awful and went out with a whimper against a Madrid side that were there for the taking over the two legs. Why start Toure who not only is one of the laziest players around but also knows he'll be off in the summer once Guardiola arrives? He was absolutely shocking last night and not for the first time this season. I like Pellegrini as a person as I've already stated but I think his time at City can hardly be deemed a success.

 

Liverpool may or may not go through this evening against a good Villareal side but one thing I know for sure is that they'll give it a damned good go under Klopp, win or lose.

It has made me laugh when City fans say the manager forsaken the league form for the CL and they should have focused first and foremost on making sure they are in it next season.

 

Like the current manager gives a stuff about next season and why on earth should he!

 

They have a lot of overrated players there.
